The hotel's open air restaurant looks out over the landscaped grounds from under a thirty foot cathedral ceiling traditional palm roof palenque. Our chefs, trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, create breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus featuring a mix of traditional American cuisine, traditional Costa Rican cuisine, and international fusion. The menu changes frequently to feature the freshest locally grown produce, poultry, meat, catch of the day seafood and vine ripened tropical fruit available. Quality is high but price are quite reasonable: breakfast prices start at $5, lunch is $8 to $12, and dinner entres range from $10 to $20. Fresh baked breads and desserts are prepared daily and specialty menus are available upon request.

hotel restaurant dish We also offer a coffee menu and smoothies with fresh tropical fruit, often from trees on the property. There are a lot of other good restaurants in Jaco, but we won't fault you if you choose to eat all your meals here for quality, ambience, price, and convenience.

We recommend the special Chef's tasting menu. This is pure indulgence. Enjoy a six course meal on a private wildlife viewing terrace. Your every need will be looked after by your own personal server and the menu will be custom made to suit your preferences by our head chef.
